[Biturbos4] Bentley on Windows 7

If someone knows where a paper version may be obtained, i'd be quite 
interested.   I guess i'll do one last xp load for this app.

I figure a well cared for example of this car (mind) should last 
about 20 years.  20 years ago I was using a  vt220 and  books.  Today, i 
use a variety of operating systems, but also books.
