[Biturbos4] Best kit to repair spark plug thread in head

Yesterday afternoon while driving home, the engine began to miss on one cylinder. Figuring I had a bad plug, I nursed it home in the lower gears. When I got home I discovered the CYL #3 plug had blown out from the head, and damaged the ignition coil as well.

I removed the broken plug, and tried to put in a new plug. It goes in, but continues to turn at the end of the travel......it appears all my internal threads are stripped.

I am considering a spark plug thread insert repair kit, Helicoil and Time-serts seem to be the method of choice (in lieu of head removal)

Has anyone else resolved the problem successfully and can give me recommendations? Thanks,
