Heya man

Ok first I would recommend you try flushing with water bc it very well could fix your problem. Worse case scenario it clogs more or you get a leak. Either way if those 2 happen then you have a bad heater core you'll have to change it anyhow. Right next to your battery is a black loom. Remove loom and it exposes the heater core hoses for supply and return. Go to hardware store and buy some feet of I think 3/8 hose(don't trust me on that but measure the ones on there). Also buy a fireman nozzle for your water hose like this http://www.ecvv.com/product/766405.html

Disconnect the heater core hoses. Coolant should come out. Connect that hose you bought to one of the pipes and put that hose into a bucket. Then put your fireman hose in the other pipe and first start water slow then gradually increase(do not go full blast because you can damage heater core). Once water runs clear swap and do the same thing to other side going the other way.

Hope it fixes your issue.
