[Biturbos4] 2 questions: source for console LCD / headliner drooping.

I don't know what brand of display was used, but it looks the same as OEM,
and lights up the same.  I've had this done several years ago and it's
still working fine.  They have a 5 year warranty (and a lifetime warranty
on the LCD itself), fwiw.

If I recall, the turnaround was about 3 days shop time + shipping
time.  The car can be driven without the instrument cluster in place.
