Headliner - you could always source some similarly colored thumb tacks and
use them to hold it back up. That'll last until the number of thumb tacks
begins to be more than the area of the headliner. Used those to hold my
headliner an extra year or two.

Long term, take it to an upholstery shop. They'll be able to complete it in
one day.
