A friend here in Denver has a headliner issue. He did quite a bit of research and I think he concluded best solution was a local upholsterer. Seems used ones are $$$ and then you add shipping and risk of damage....

Subject: [Biturbos4] Headliner Drooping
Figured i would capitalize on the flurry of activity to see if anyone else
has this problem. My headliner fabric is starting to droop at the rear of
the car, specifically close to each the rear window corners. I suspect that the san antonio heat has started to wear out the adhesive.
Its not impacting visibility at all, but it will need to be addressed
fairly soon. Anyone else experience this, and what options are there for
getting this repaired without pulling the whole headliner out and having the fabric re-glued?
Thanks.
