Truly mean it!
It's been 6 months since I sold my S4, and the new owner and I had an email going back and forth with all the "issues" he had after he bought it.
Ironically, they were probably all induced by my father in law doing the test drive! Knowing the car as intimately as I did, I was able to troubleshoot each one of them just via email. I'm assuming that since I never heard back that all is well.

How are yours doing?
