[Es2] BPV interferance

Hey guys,

ETKA shows how the BPV is re-routed with an albow and a section of rubber
hose. I've managed to get my hands on these parts, so it should work out.
The sheet metal surrounding the headlamp is pretty crucial because it has
the spring for the hood release running down the side exactly where it
interferes with the BPV, so I don't think the dremmel can be used.
