When I was having my cooling problems (not having them anymore, thank the
Gods!), I contacted
several rad mfg's about having an aluminum rad custom made.
I received several quotes in the neighbourhood of $300 - $500 with me
providing a sample for them to duplicate.
An equivalent sized core with "somewhere close to stock" inlets and
outlets was running at around the $200-$300 price range.
Do the math.

My 2B rad looks a lot like what I can see of the
Dialinx on Jimmys Urs4 page. Perhaps 2B sources
it from there? I'm sure they buy them somewhere.
Yes it is a drop in/ bolt up, everything lines up.
And just BTW, I paid nowhere near what they list the
thing for now.
