yes it has begun indeed! i've been researching this project for a little
over a year now and it's time to go at it. it's kind of funny; it seems that
no amount of preparation will make the project go 100% smoothly. there are
still so many unknowns to be encountered.  it's such an incredible learning
experience. thanks to everyone here who's helped so far and to those who
will no doubt be helping in the near future ; )
i'm sure i will be bombarding the forum with questions for weeks or months
to come. by the way, as far as timeline goes, i plan on taking my time with
the swap. between my schedule and waiting for parts etc., i probably won't
be back on the road until august. sorry, no one-weeker like BigMouse's 3B
swap!
