[e//S2] brakes

I'm initially setting up my coupe with S2 hubs, using the stock G60 brakes and S2 rotors.  Hopefully do this before the engine conversion... I expect I'll want to upgrade to a bigger 5x112 setup; anyone else also interested?

I've got a BIRA System 2 kit off my 200 using my2000 S4 rotors and a Porsche monoblock caliper, but the 200/urS4/urS6 mounting points are off a few millimeters in diameter and depth, so that bracket won't work.  A modified version of this system has been designed, and Brandon Hull uses it.

If others are interested, we need to figure out a few things...

*Optimal size.  I'd like a system that fits under a 16" wheel, if possible, rather than Brandon's system.  But I could be persuaded otherwise, if needed; can always swap back to stock for winter, for example.

*Parts bin engineering.  I'd like to have the option to use a stock Audi rotor, if possible.  Cheaper...

*Wheel selection.  I've got 16" urS4 wheels, several sets of forged 15" wheels, and a set of et35 17x8 Audi wheels, and don't want to run spacers or buy more wheels.
