[Es2] 20v turbo'ing

Sorry to say Mike the time tested consensus has always been that there
is no cost effective way of doing this.  There was a poster two months
back building a very serious turbo from scratch, and an SCCA rally car
run by George Plsek used a home built turbo 5, but the reality is that
no one has ever figured out a short cut path that was cheaper/better
results than dropping in a factory turbo.
