It's funny how pulling the harness from the engine side works better for
some (you and me) and not for others. Definitely label everything you can
right now while it's fresh! Guaranteed you'll forget things even after a day
or two.
As Jimmy said, keep everything. Most of the wiring and fuses and relays will
remain CQ stuff, but it's good to have all those extras.

I foresee many a celebratory dance in your future. Keep up the good work!
I'll be back at mine tomorrow for the first time in about a month. I still
have to solve that damn foamy oil problem :-(
