[Es2] sorry for the delayed eS2 postings

Folks:

There were alot of messages, including spam sitting in audifans mailman 
tool limbo.

If you are NOT a member of the eS2 list, you need to go to:
http://www.audifans.com/mailman/listinfo/es2

and subscribe, otherwise if your email address is not recognized, it stays 
in "bounce processing" limbo until it prompts the eS2 admin (me) to review 
and approve the message for posting to the eS2 list.
