[Es2] Big Day in the eS2 World

These are exciting times indeed...

Alex, I just listened to your video. What a beast!

Jimmy, what was the wiring problem you discovered? Have you pulled the fault
codes to see why it's not idling? On a side, did you ever figure out the
alternator wiring? Specifically, the blue wire that runs from the alt to
everything else?

My list of things to do before I test drive is down to one item: replace rad
fan thermoswitch. That's pretty exciting! Now that I'll finally overcome the
frothing oil I have been able to let the engine run and get up to temp. It's
begging to be driven! My overall list is also down to a few items:

exhaust, bleed brakes/clutch, 4 wheel alignment, paint & mount front bumper,
install S2 badges ;-)

I still haven't figured out why the oil warning is coming on though. I've
checked and rechecked the senders, connections, wiring from the sender to
the Autocheck. If anyone has any suggestions, no matter how crazy, I'd love
to hear them!

In any case, it should be completely road worthy in a couple of weeks. Just
in time to enjoy what's left of summer!

Brandon, have you sold yours yet? Are you sure you still want to having
heard the recent excitement in our voices???

Ben
