[Es2] Euro A8 Rotors

The rotors are 314x30 mm thick; the original A8 rotors here in the states were 25mm thick (and I'm not sure of their diameter or offset).  They might be a good US part now; haven't checked what later A8's run.

What are the differences between Euro A8 rotors and I would guess US A8
rotors?  Price differences?  Availibity?
