[Es2] New es2 subscriber

Hello all,
    I've been on the 20v list for about 4 years now and have been seriously
considering and planning a 3B swap into my 314k mile CQ for the last year.
I've even semi-arranged a 3B purchase from a potential seller.  I've peeked
into the es2 archives a few times with questions and figured I'd take the
plunge and join the list.
   I'm a 24 year old engineer in annapolis, md and have met/chatted with
many CQ folks via the 20v list, AudiWorld, and various meets in new england
and here in the mid atlantic.  If all goes well for me, I'll be a new home
owner this year and I can develop my own es2 subsequent, prior and/or during
the home purchase (in the new garage, of course).
   Anyhow, that's about all for now. I'm anxious to view the conversations
here from the back of the class while learning the way of the engine swap.
