Need a bit more info here. Is the engine/tranny in the car or bolted
together outside the car? Are you trying to turn the engine by hand or with
the starter? Is the engine physically not turning (ie  - crank unable to
rotate)? Is the tranny in neutral? Which flywheel are you using? If the
engine is in the car, will it turn with the clutch pedal depressed? The only
thing I can see is that the combined thickness of the S4 clutch disk and
pressure plate is too thick, causing it to bind on something. I'm not
familiar with the S4 setup, as I've retained the stock CQ clutch kit. Do you
have the gearbox from the S4 that you could try?
