[Es2] Remote Oil Filter

Andy,
I believe the only issue with the oil filter housing relates to the position
of the AC compressor. If you use the CQ comp. location then you either have
to locate the filter remotely or purchase the filter housing specific to the
3B'ed S2. This is the path I chose and there aren't any issues with
clearances.
