Ben,
I am around 14 volts when running and 12 at startup. The funny thing is,
when I start the car after it sitting for a few days it starts pretty normal
and cranks over quick but if I drive a couple miles and shut it off then start
it again it turns over very slow and barely starts. I'll try the gas cap thing
but I'm pretty sure its the pump because I can hear it as soon as I start
the car as well.

Elijah,

It sounds like you have a weak battery. What does your voltage gauge read
with the engine running? If it's between 12-14 volts, your charging system
is ok.

As for the fuel pump, have you tried loosening the gas cap? MIne hums and
buzzes due to suction after I turn the car off. Just a thought, but it could
be what you're hearing.

Ben
