Hello everyone.

Maybe a month ago I mentioned I was looking into sourcing a 93+ sedan. One happen to pop into my lap a couple of weeks ago and I imediately put a down payment on it. I didn't even haggle a price with the guy. I bought it for $3600.00 and I'm really happy with the situation. It's one of those cars where you know it's never been "molested". I didn't even test drive the car. I could tell by the look on the owners face, and by the note on the window when I saw it forsale that it's been treated properly. It's got 135,000 miles on it and the second owner(the guy I bought it off) has kept it in a garage since 40,000 miles when he purchased it.

This was a perfect weekend for me too. The girlfriend went to NC to check out chapel hill. I've spend a good majority of time online and I'm happy with the prices and the aftermarket avaliability of parts for this car. Specifically because the rear suspension is much like the A4/s4 setup.

I'm not sure how soon I'm going to get into swapping the engine from the other coupe into the sedan. I'm probably going to overhaul the suspension and brakes first. I may consider taking it to watkins glen with the v6 first to get use to driving the sedan on a track. I have a funny feeling I would enjoy the v6 engine with a better suspension and brake setup on the track more than the 5 cylinder engine with a stock suspension and brake setup.

Honestly I am not sure how things are going to move along. I do know I need to clean out the garage. After that is done I can get the sedan up on jacks and figure out what need attention.

I'm really happy to get away from the coupes. Everyone enjoy's their own cup of tea. Mine I'm realizing comes in a 4 door version.
