[Es2] That Evens stuff

Hey Bernie, good to hear from you: blast from the past!  Now that it
comes up I remember you never liked the Evans solution.  Truth is I
never was comfortable with it as a practical matter, reasoning that
someday I'd have a coolant leak and would be up a creek with no evans to
refill and a zero pressure cap.  The rationale at the time you'll recall
was a series of high HP turbo 5s exploding (Alex Neckas, Jeff Donnelly)
for reasons unclear, but suspected to be premature detonation possibly
caused by hotspots in the cylinder wall. (or the wrong
rotor/distributer)  However it was certainly a successful field test, I
never had any problems with overheating while running it, and didn't
blow up the engine. :-)

Adam sorry to hear about the hose.  I lost them so frequently that I
just carried spares and finally got some humongous clamps similar to the
ones on my Powerstroke Diesel Ford that runs permanently at 20lbs.   

After hoses the #2 reason Audis limp back to the pits is tires.  In my
experience.
