[Es2] S2 opportunity

Another thing too.  If you take the stripped chassis to a metal
recycling yard (not a wrecking yard, but where those cars end up after
they are done being stripped), they require no title and don't even
really look at what you are giving them except for to verify that
there is no gas tank or tires/wheels (maybe no motor too).

I was surprised that this was the case out here in the Phoenix area. 
I think the catch is that you can't bring them a car with a driveline
or something like that.  Whatever it was, it didn't prevent me from
scrapping a motorless 90 and Eurovan for the scrap metal value.  I was
not required to provide either title.

I thought it was strange that it seemed like you could potentially
steal a car for the motor, and go have the rest of it crushed without
any questions.

As for my eS2, if that's what I'm building, I'm building it myself
using only some new and used RS2/S2 parts, with the rest being some
form of custom stuff.

'90 CQ
On the car:  S2 steering wheel, RS2 inner door handles, RFI white
gauge faces + polished rings, DIY short shifter, and CAC rear exhaust
section.
"On the bed":  KW V2 coilovers, perforated leather S2 interior trim,
034EFI IIC, 3B motor, various 20vt EM's, Wagner intake, RS2
headlights/bumper/turns/fogs/grill, Rieger side skirts and rear bumper
spoiler (not sure if I'll use them, but maybe), and glass sunroof
assembly.
Still needing: Assembly, various repairs, B4 hood, S2 hubs, 5 bolt
wheels, big brakes, intercooler, injectors, new Stongard, and more
money, time, and motivation.
Plus 2 or 3 other project-like cars.
