[Es2] Tranny options, issues

So I'm about to pull the AAN and tranny out of the S6 ('97 canadian!).
I'm planning to use the S6 (DPM 5-spd) tranny in my CQ, and my question
is what changes will I need to make to fit the 01E tranny?
1. Can I use the S6 inner CV joints? Or do I need euro S2 half-shafts?
Or change flanges on the tranny?
2. Will the stock CQ driveshaft (to rear diff) work?

Or is this going to be a lot easier to just buy a S2/RS2 tranny with
the appropriate euro parts?

Any help/knowledge is greatly appreciated.
