[Es2] RS2 shifter

I do know that folks that have been installing 01E transmissions have
successfully modified the B5 S4 shifter and rod assembly, without the
need for the RS2 parts...
there are a number of threads on Motorgeek, under the user ids
fasterthanrs2 and a4kquattro....
