[Es2] RS2 shifter

I have a complete set of RS2 linkage that someone could borrow as a
template. However, I plan in doing the install later this summer so I'd need
it back. If any of you are interested (and I know you are!), drop me a line
and we can sort something out shipping wise. In the interest of keeping all
the small, hard to find parts together, I'd prefer that it went to only one
person.
