[Es2] Looking for an S2 or RS2 intake (probably)

Howdy,

A while back I bought a "Wagner" short path intake from German ebay; it took me a while to get to the point of test fitting and once I did I discovered that the holes drilled for the injectors seem to be mis-located. -Probably why I got the part so cheap... :-\.
Unfortunately for me, the seller required a direct transfer so I'm pretty much shit outta luck it seems. I would have backed away from this deal but the user had excellent (if not perfect) user reviews so I made my decision based on that.
...Aaaanyway, now I'm looking for some thoughts or ideas; I can re-drill the manifold, but then I'll have an unwanted lip protruding on the head. I can machine the head and the manifold, but that is a lot of work. I also hate to start messing with things that have been carefully engineered from the factory unless I know what I'm doing. 
I can also bite the bullet and go S2 or RS2, meaning I need to invest in a cross member, an intake manifold and associated plumbing. 
Vehicle is a b3 90 sedan, with AAN, 034 full stage IIc, GT3071-R, 034 Wagner high-flow exhaust mani. custom exhaust etc.
