[Es2] MAF - turbo hose for tight clearance RS2 turbo in Coupe Quattro.

FWIW, I have the MAF to turbo hoses from an ABY S2, 3B S2, RR ur quattro
and 3B 200. They are all different. The RS2 hose is probably
configured like the ABY S2. If you want a couple of pictures I can send
them, but in short, the 3B S2 has the bypass coming out more or less
straight, like the 200, ur quattro and S4s, and the ABY S2 has it coming
out to the right side with the port for the waste gate control valve
above it. The S2 hoses are also shaped differently than the 200, ur
quattro and S4/S6 hoses, so they really aren't interchangeable.
