[Es2] S2 Muffler for tight fit/clearance

The 3" 034MS system I installed on the E-S2 has no center muffler - only rear muff.,
3" Cat and is far too loud. I'm sure it can be quieted with one or two well placed
center mufflers, muffler/resonator (resomuf?). The problem I forsee is the lack of
clearance or space to locate it without interference with underbody or driveshaft. The
3" system already has clearance issues. Cat rubs against the tunnel near the downpipe
and continues to hang too far right, but does fit OK over the shaft with some playing.

The original setup on the car as I recall had a large center muffler offset to the
passenger side under the rear seat. That option won't work because it's where the
battery is being relocated. Besides and inline unit will flow better. I ought to be
able to locate one somewhere in/under the driveshaft/tunnel aft. of the U-joint to
somwhere where it opens under the seat. One side has only 1" clearance, but I can
increase that with adjustment/shifting and proper hangar.

I considered some suggestions like Magnaflow 14219 and similar, but I don't think they
will fit well.

A unit that is narrow (8") with offset would be ideal, or an inline unit with diameter
under 6" ought to fit. Seems a good size would be 8" (maybe 9") X 12" to as much as 18"
long. This as long as the offset allows as little as 1" clearance on a side and top.
Height can be around 6" as long as there is about .75" room to clear under the
driveshaft and could hang a bit under the tunnel, but don't want to be hanging low -
like the dogleg one sees on every Camry. An Oval shape might be easier to fit
optimally.

Stainless is a must and ideally look good. Picky aren't I!

Just seeing if anyone has dealt with this and has good recommendations or alternatives.
I'd really like the car to be reasonably quiet in spite of the 3" overall diameter of
the system including downpipe.

TIA Ben
