Not "vision plus" but euro Hellas. I have a pair of H4-high/low and H1 highs for sale. They include red city lights and all bulbs. There is one chip out of 1 H4, sealed immediately with a spot of blue RTV-all I had at the time, no water/smoky deposits. I have pictures if interested. I highly recommend to have, at least, the H1's relayed. These lights will fit any Quantum or Audi 4k, Coupe, early 5k with 4 narrow rectangular headlights. Better light output and beam pattern than the sealed beam units. $100 plus shipping
