OEM vinyl light grey/off white headliner for type44. fits all '84 up 5000/100/200 to '91 and V8 models.  this is the OEM headliner out of a '84 Audi 5000 w/ sunroof  in excellent cond.   its made of vinyl, so it wont sag like your cloth ones.  includes all pillar panels and sunroof panel and headliner.
