Needed for the securing both engine banks, cam shafts at T.D.C. when replacing the timing belt. Used in conjunction with tool # 3242 (below) T.D.C. Lock Bolt.
Applicable: Audi V6 engines with 2 valves per cylinder. 

3242 Lock Pin 
Threaded Pin or Lock Bolt 3242 Used to secure crankshaft at T.D.C. during R&R of toothed timing belt, flywheel, drive plate, and crank bolt.
Lock Bolt Applicable VW/AUDI - V6 and 2.7 Bi-Turbo
