I have an interface for sale which is required to connect a CD-changer to the cable that comes prewired on all/most urS4 and urS6 cars (1991-1997).  The interface is from an Audi V8, but it should fit the urS4 and urS6 cars.  I did not (yet) have the chance to test it, but I believe that it is in good working order.  Please e-mail for questions.
