1984 Audi 4000S, 1.8L 4cyl, fwd, auto. power windows, crank sunroof, power steering, AC is there but isnt working. my grandmother bought it new in '84 and it was driven easy for 17 long years till it became mine. i drove it for 3 years before i bought the quattro. the car has been sitting for about a year now, before i parked it, itd do 100 no problems and handled like a champ. Zermatt Silver with an immaculate blue original interior. no cracks in the dash. new sony cd reciever and 2 new alpine 3.5 speakers up front. no rear speakers currently, the wiring is set up for them though. the interior is perfect, including the audi logo floormats. body is good, no accidents. right rear door has a few minor dings. paint is shiny like new. engine runs well, the infamous audi tapping is ever present. auto trans shifts perfectly. new 15" VW rims and Nitto 450 tires come on the car, the 4 stock cookie cutter rims with various mounted tires comes with the car. front rotors need to be replaced,
comes with 2 ATE powerdisc slotted rotors that just need a cleaning and are ready to be slapped on. exhaust could stand to be replaced but is still good if youre not picky. trunk is missing the liner but the paint is nice and the trunk floor is carpeted. no leaks anywhere. windshield is cracked and will need to be replaced to pass inspection. i have a spare that i could possibly throw in. i have lots of funky stuff i could throw in, email me if youre interested. there is a thunk in the right front suspension on full lock turns, most likely a ball joint or rod end. theres semi decent mirror tint on the windows, it looks good at a glance though. please email me with any questions or for more information. after having the car for so long and being so involved in it, i have plenty to say. email for more pictures too. i have plenty of pics of its recent restoration as well. coming from an audi lover, its a great daily driver. thanks for looking!
