Description:
I bought a 1990 V8 (same stereo as Audi 100 and others in that age range) that had sat for 2 years, and fixed it up.  Tried three codes to get the stereo working but all were wrong and the stereo is in permanent Safe mode.  Even the Audi dealer here is having a hard time finding a service to reprogram it. Will gladly pay US$25 for conclusive information on how to get this preprogrammed myself.. versus sending it to Blaupunkt for $100.  I think it needs to be opened and a chip replaced?  Free info welcome too if you've been thruogh this.
