Description:
I bought this car from a Q-Lister in August with 128k. It's a black on gray automatic 3.6L V8Q. The body is in good shape (there was a pic in the old registry under Grant Brunsvold who sold me the car, with stock aero wheels btw)with typical parking lot dings and a bruise on the front bumper.I have had the timing belt and water pump changed @ about 130k (currently ~138k and counting)and the front CV's repacked and booted. I love this car, but I'm a commuting college student and I need something smaller (4000Q trades welcome) that doesn't have such a ravenous appetite for benzine.
Known issues: The electrical system needs attention. The trip computer and stereo work (I've seen it once)but don't get power for some reason (relay?)

The hydraulic system leaks from an undetermined location but has slowed or stopped since I had inner fender liners installed a few weeks ago?!

Gas tank leaks if filled to the top. I try to keep it at 3/4 unless I'm going on a road trip and will be burning it faster than it leaks.

Th transmission has improved greatly during my ownership. No major work needed, I got a dipstick and so long as the fluid level is right(too much is almost as bad as not enough) it works great (Even 4th gear!).

Runs and drives strongly. The racing heritage is evident, especially in manual mode. This thing dominates on the highway and is especially powerful approaching 4K RPM.

I would like to get $4000 for this car or trade + cash for a 4000Q, even trade for an '84 that isn't arrest-me red or an especially fine '85-87 (also non-red, too many tickets from my 1st 4KQ, a white 86). Hotmail is wierd right now and doesn't give me all my messages from people not in the Contacts Folder, so call if interested. All reasonable offers considered. Thanks, Ben
