Scroth Rally 4 Harness Belt, with optional shoulder pads and Adjusting grips.  I put the back portion in my car, but never the front.  Bought them when I was really in to Q-club events, but then finances and schedule have not allowed me to attend since purchase.  Cost to buy new around $200.  Buyer pays shipping.
