I bought a 93 S4 so I am selling off cars and project parts. I will ad picture as soon as I can.
1984 4000quattro, red with brown cloth interior. Mileage is unknown, it had 190K when I bought it 6yrs ago and has the typical part time odometer and only counts miles sometimes. Odo reads around 230K. It was my daily commuter until I switched to my 85 4kq, 45 mile a day. It has served me well, never stranded me. I have not been driving it for a while and so I may have to update this ad as I look over the car and get it cleaned up and prepped to sell. Things I know it needs: Water pump, T-belt, Antenna mast, the paint is faded and has some body dings. AC comp got noisy and I unplugged the wire to it. Runs good but is probably due for tune up. Clutch was done 4 yrs ago. Shocks and a-arm bushings 4yrs ago. Replaced the fuel pump nut don’t remember when. Did frt brake pads and rotors about 2 yrs ago but it has been sitting for a while and the brake rotor have some rust on them but should clean up fine. I used the headlights for another car so I will put new bulbs in or for the right
price I’ll install the H4 euro lights I have. I will be doing some the repairs needed as time permits over the next few weeks and the price will become less negotiable. I also have a 1985 4000quattro for sale and some other parts, 2.3l eng & trans, 85 4kq trans, 4k euro lights, check for my other ads here in the marketplace. Thanks, Jim
