Asking $3,000.  This 
year alone I've invested over $3,000 (have receipts).

Details are as follows:
Pearl white w/ gray interior, 143K miles, paint is still very nice, one small 
spot of rust (size of a nickel) at the bottom of passenger door.  Interior is 
good for a car this old.  Includes new "Quattro" floor mats and new exact fit 
rubber mats.  All power equipment with the exception of antannae are operational 
(I have a new power antannae that I haven't yet installed).

Recent repairs include:  rear main oil seal, tranny pulled and resealed, new 
tranny coolant lines, power steering rack, high pressure/low pressure power 
steering hoses, right front halfshaft, valve covers, tie rod ends, engine speed 
sensor, crank position sensor, windshield, and of course, tune up components 
including O2 sensor
