Desperately looking for Ur Quattro in NE area.

I keep seeing great cars that are everywhere but here in the Northeast.  NY, MA, CT, VT, etc. is fine.  I could even go further out of my way if the car is worth it.  I can't find what I'm looking for close, for some reason.
