For sale is a red Turbo Quattro Coupe with unknown mileage. I have put roughly 500 miles on it since I bought it last september. 5k miles on an engine from a 5000 TQ. All new in last 500 miles: Magnecor wires, new fuel distributor, fuel pressure regulator, fuel filters, fuel pump, gas tank (replaced with a ur-q 24 gal. tank), starter (with heat shield and relay), 3 wheel bearings (4th wheel was almost new for some reason), strut mounts, rear struts, bumpers and boots, nokia nrw all season tires, 16" A4 rims. The interior is in good overall condition- not great. Dash is cracked beyond recognition, seats are worn, a great deal of effort has been spent in conditioning them. The drivers side bolster has a 1/2" long tear at the seam, which is the only tear in any of the seats. Rear seats are in excellent condition. Carpeting is clean but faded. What does not work: cruise control, ac (it was working but suddenly stopped this winter), rear defroster, antenna is broken off, one of the diff
lock lights is missing so I do not know if they are functiuoning, The previous owner had done some work here so I assume they are funcyionsl. I never felt the need to use it as the car handles incredibly in the snow. Car starts right up, idles smooth, pulls very hard, but flattens out a little bit around 5800 rpms, maybe fuel injectors, as they are the only item I did not replace in the fuel system. A slight shimmy at 80 mph revealed slightly loose tie rods, not critical but will need attention soon. One oil line to the oil coller is kinked and needs replacing, a reason I have not been driving it a great deal. $6200 obo
