This is the rarest year of the original Quattros imported into the US (65 units vs. 73 units imported in 1985). Low mileage - 99,xxx miles. Three owners. All records back to day one, including the original window sticker. This is the year with the one-of-a-kind updated dash (like an ’85 dash, but more rare) and with the VITAL updated electrics and under-hood fuse box (no more burned up wires with pristine fuses that the ’83 cars suffer from) (I should know, I have one of those too). Trust me, you’ll waste a lot of time sorting out that ’83, just pay the premium and go for the best (took me 7 years to get my ’83 right). 

Amazon Blue with tan heated leather interior. Fuchs wheels and Fuba antenna. Work within the last 36 months includes: new AC compressor and AC hoses and full R-12 recharge; all new radiator hoses, radiator shrouds, thermoswitch, and re-cored main and auxiliary radiators; new water pump, timing belt, idler pulley, and front engine oil seals; Bilstein sport shocks; upper strut mounts; motor mounts; oxygen sensor; turn signal and wiper stalks; clutch slave, master, and hydraulic hose; wheel bearings; front CV joint boots; hydraulic system pressure switch; cross-drilled front rotors, rear rotors, and all new pad sets; all fuel filters; front ball joints; and, turbo hose. Clutch replaced along with front and rear tranny seals and pilot bearing at 76,xxx miles. 
Everything but the clock and the tape function of the original radio work (I may get around to fixing the clock). Did I mention the heated seats and the cruise control both work! Did I mention the AC works perfectly (as perfectly as any older Audi AC works).
