One of the most beneficial of the induction mods. Extremely easy install, and improves airflow dramatically. Barely used at all, I just got it for my A6 and found out that the hose is longer for them! Comes with 4 clips, asking 40 + shipping or b/o. Both improves gas mileage and horsepower! (so long as you're easy on the throttle ;))
