This is the model car Bond drove- yep, the only wagon he drove.   Speaks to the cool factor of the design (I flipped when I saw Pierce Brosnan sitting in it talking into his finger...)

To be absolutely honest out of the chute, known problems are: A/C needs charging, cruise does not work, power locks work but not from driver door, there is a 1 inch rust bubble on rear end by hatch and some rust on one fender liner and it will need a windshield ($200-250 at my local guy).  OK, thats the bad news.  The good news is the car runs just awesome.  Clutch and exhaust are tight, brakes are great. 

I dont know exactly what was done to modify this car, but it runs rings around my other audi of the same model.  I know it has a K & N filter, but I think the turbo has been tweaked.  Its a rocket and handles beautifully. I'm a mechanical engineer, and I bought this car from a mechanical engineer for my daughter but as she is 16, there is no way she is driving this rocket.  I had no idea how fast this thing was when I bought it, and my wife...shall we say.... "does not share my passion for Audis".  She's a realtor and feels she needs an brand new car to impress clients, and I need a truck for my work these days so bye bye old blue.  As you will see below, many of the Audi headaches have been addressed already.  Its a 15 year old car, so its not perfect, but with a reserve of less than 10% of the new price, its a dream ride on the cheap. Comes with several extra tires.  All maintenance records are available for inspection.  Car is for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the
auction early in event of local sale.
