-Main problem - exhaust leak (see below)

This car has always started up, and has plenty of power for it's age. In the four years I have owned it, I have religiously used W20/50 Castrol Syntec of which it only uses about 1 qt every 3000 miles. It has no major fluid leaks of any type. All interior features are in good working order. The suspension is still quite tight (struts all around 3 years ago), as are the brakes and clutch. I have never gotten stuck with the car - even during the big snow storm a couple of years ago.

I recently purchased a BMW 740i and I already have a second quattro wagon, so I need to make more room in the driveway before the neighbors start to complain ;-)
SERIOUSLY!!!!

Condition - Pluses:

Many Recently Replaced parts:

| Timing Belt
| Water Pump / Tensioner pulley
| Radiator + many hoses
| Injectors (Ben Swanns - three years ago)
| Ignition cables with cap and rotor and plugs
| Knock Sensor #2
| Wastegate Diaphram
| Struts / Tie Rods
| Newer Brakes (Grooved front disks)
| Strong Clutch (feels tighter than most I've driven - maybe high performace type installed by previous owner?
| Newer Tires
| Reinforced Intercooler
| HID Style -BRIGHT- Headlights

Condition - Minuses:
| Exhaust Leak at Header/heat shield noisy (passes emissions - I have transferable emission test for buyer good for two years)
| Right - inner CV joint boot leak
| Air Conditioner (freon hose leak needs new seal)
| Front Brake rotors need resurfacing
| *Speedometer intermittent
| Rear wiper no longer works
| Reverse light intermittent
| Trans mount bushings (relatively easy job to replace)

The exhaust headers were recently redone, only to have them leak again because of the weak motor mount bushing caused too much stress on the new welds. The proper proceedure to remedy this would be to replace the motor mount bushings first, then repair the exhaust headers. The interior is about a 7 out of 10. The drivers seat leather is showing wear. The paint is also about a 7 out of 10 with some road rash and minor dings showing here and there. There was some front body work done on it as the hood is from a non-turbo car although I never had any records from this (again 7 out of 10). This car can be driven around as-is, as long as the new owner doesn't mind listening to the "blathering" sound as it is called. I just don't have the time to redo this repair - my job keeps me too busy.
