Reluctantly, we are selling our beloved 5 speed V8. We have owned the car since 1999 and added the I.A. chip in 2001. It is Pearl with black Connelly leather interior, the ultra rare black wool head liner and it is currently showing 142,657 miles.  It rides on H&R springs (the correct V8 springs), Bilsteins Sports and has the 28mm sway bar from a 4.2 car. The Euro headlights are fully relayed and have 100/80 H4's and 100 H3's. The lenes have been protected by clear bra for 99% of their life so they have almost no pitting and the beam length adjusters are hooked up. The fog lights and turn signals in the front bumper were covered with clear bra when replaced in 2000, so they have zero pitting. Instrument cluster has been “Gone Through” with De-Oxit and Pro-Gold and it has zero issues. Exterior is extremely nice with minimal rock pitting that is typical to Colorado and the Genuine Audi windshield is extremely nice. There is a small dent at the “Tip” of the right fender and a dent in
the right “C” pillar. There are a few door dings here and there, but you could probably count all of them on one hand. The interior is about as mint as they come. No detectable wear on the driver’s bolster (or any bolster for that matter), no seams splitting or even trying to come apart or any cracking or checking of the leather anywhere and all four seat heaters work. I bought “quattro” stitched floor mats from Lloyds JUST before they weren’t allowed to use the logo anymore and I had all FOUR mats done and they are all in excellent condition. Basically, from the carpet to the head liner and everything in between, the interior is just about flawless!  The car is pictured with ultra rare 18 inch Speedline S8 wheels (from a euro spec S8). These are the more “Rounded” spoke version that are more true to the Avus show car than the newer Ronal wheels that came on B5 S4's and USA Spec S8's. All four are spaced out with 15mm hub-centric H&R spacers and are shod with 255/35-18 Michelin
Pilot Sport that have 70-75% tread remaining. I also have the stock BBS wheels that have 205/65-15 Blizzaks that  have 80-90% tread remaining. Basically, the car is extremely nice and it gets a lot of love. It gets waxed with Zaino several times a year and the leather is always treated with “Lether Soffener” from the good folks at Color Plus. All critical maintenance has been complete and a lot more!  There are lots of other details and pictures that I can pass along to potential buyers, but this is long enough for Audifans at this point.  The car is located in Colorado and I am asking $8500 with both sets of wheels or $7500 with just the stock BBS wheels.
