$375 FIRM.  I bought this car from a lister last November intending to do another turbo swap.  It ended up being my winter driver and served me well.  Car now has 212k miles.  Receipts show: Bosch rebuilt alternator at 165k; $1500 clutch replacement at 178k; used radiator fan at 180k; fuel regulator at 183k; ISV; radiator at 187k; Bosch rebuilt starter at 190k; parking brake cable and rear caliper, plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor all at 191k.  Body is a little rough but engine is great.  All cylinders ±2 psi on compression check.
