distributor drive gears for Audi 3b engine. Handmade with utmost precision of bronze. The gear set includes a pin for attaching the gear onto the shaft. The gear runs totally silently. As is known, the original gear is manufactured of plastic, and is very sensitive to wear. The VAG Group (Audi manufacturer) does not sell the gear as a spare part, thus one has to buy an entire new distributer. A new distributer costs ca £ 200. Turning lathes that can make such a gear (with skew teeth) are very rare. I recommend all owners of the 3b engine that still run on the original distributor, get this gear just in case. The gears are made in Estonia and can be delivered by mail. Price: 65 euros + postage. I'll send the pictures to tour e-mail if needed.
