This is the climate control head to fit a 1995 S6/A6 and others, part numbers 5HB 006 500-03, 4AO 820 043 H manufactured 2-11-95.  I tested the unit today- it's in perfect working condition, triggering all functions and with perfect LCD displays.  Given the fatality rate of the LCDs and the dealer cost ($800?) to replace, it never hurts to have a spare around...  Free shipping included!
