I'm selling my 89 90Q bumper, it is pearl and is overall good condition. No cracks or anything. It is scratched on the underside, (can't see when mounted), and slightly scuffed on the passenger side (no paint is missing here). Foglights included. It's all packaged and ready to be shipped, buyer pays shipping. Or can arrange local pickup.
